Our Pastry Chef, Lhassane "Sami" Baghouh, began his career at  the Hyatt Regency in Casablanca. He worked at some of the most prestige pastry shops in the greater Boston area for 16 years before joining the staff at The Banner. Sami's European influence can be seen in the creative and delicious deserts he makes. You can sample any of them as an after dinner treat or order them to take home for the whole family to enjoy.
